Blackfield is back: After three and a half years of finding the band's fifth album, Aviv Geffen and Stephen Wilson are releasing their first single from the next album.

The single "Summer's Gone" was written and composed by Aviv Geffen and is accompanied by a clip directed by Yaron Yashinsky ("Narcos", "The Kardashian Family"). In the best tradition, Geffen does not give up conveying a message, and this time through the acceptance of his own life into the life of a person beyond the wall of separation. The person who plays the Palestinian person in the clip is the esteemed Arab-Israeli actor Ala Daka.
The new album "For the Music" will be released on October 2nd.
