A reduction that in volume was lower (-14%) only thanks to a "downgrade" of the wines shipped: until October 2019 - first month of application of the additional duty of 25% - the average export price of still wines French in the US was hovering above 8.5 euros / liter, before hitting a low of 6 euros in March this year.
