Pierre Richard and Gérard Depardieu in a funny and moving comedy, Arnaud Ducret as a baby-sitter in spite of himself… here is our TV selection

COMEDY. Pinion redone

At 9:05 p.m. on France 3.We never tire of the duo Pierre Richard -Gérard Depardieu than of De Funès-Bourvil in another genre. Because they are also clowns, but each one here well in his role, the august and the white clown. Pierre Richard makes the gags, Gérard Depardieu takes us to witness with an air of bad mouth, tired, ulcerated, even more touching to see their duo again today because as he was young, Gégé, in 1986. What a slaughter. Francis Veber writes tailor-made dialogues for them. Obviously, we travel less in "Les Fugitifs" than in "La Chèvre", the most poetically crazy of their films, but "Les Fugitifs", the last of the triptych - with "Les Compères" in the middle - keeps its zany charm on the national roads after a robbery. Who is not committed by the one who had the profile ...

On his release from prison, Jean Lucas, author of many misdeeds of the genre, is determined to lead an honest life. His plans are compromised by François Pignon, yes, the eternal François Pignon of the comedies of Francis Veber (Jacques Brel and Jacques Villeret, among others, also carried the surname and the blunders of this unwittingly comical hero), a brave type who s he is resigned to rob a bank the same day Lucas comes to open an account.

When the heist goes wrong, Pignon takes him hostage and no one believes in his innocence. He then finds himself on the run with the neophyte of bad shots who finds a way, through clumsiness, to shoot him in the thigh ... Which offers a cult scene to Jean Carmet, a great friend of both in life, as a veterinarian in charge. to operate on the repentant robber. And once again, it works wonderfully: it's impossible not to laugh out loud at the jokes of this unnatural alloy. Hilarious, but also moving. Francis Veber draws heroes beside the plate, funny, tender and lost marginalities. Dubbed for three or four decades by the public.

EDITOR'S RATING: 4/5

“Les Fugitifs” , comedy by Francis Veber (1986), with Pierre Richard, Gérard Depardieu, Jean Carmet, Maurice Barrier… 1h30

COMEDY. Loves, kids and bosses

Arnaud Ducret and Louise Bourgouin play roommates with children in “Teeth, pee and bed” / M 6 / SND

At 9:05 pm on M 6. Until now in a roommate with his friend Thomas, Antoine is a bachelor party and enjoyable who intends to remain so. But forced to leave for the United States, Thomas finds in Antoine not one but… a new roommate, quite charming. Except that, divorced, she has two children aged 5 and 8 whom she brings with her. For Antoine, the shock is severe… Despite one or two sequences, whether it works or it breaks, we like this comedy, solidly held by its duo of main actors. Because on the energy side, the same goes for Arnaud Ducret and the two children as for Louise Bourgoin: it's a bomb. The kids and teens who adored him in many of the hit comedies of recent years, especially alongside Kev Adams, might well appreciate him here as a family in a thicker role.

EDITOR'S RATING: 3.5 / 5

"Teeth, pee and bed" , French comedy by Emmanuel Gillibert (2018), unpublished in clear, with Arnaud Ducret and Louise Bourgoin. 1h50

MOVIE. Exquisite Corpse

At 9:05 p.m. on 6Ter . A professional actor who has fled by profession, Jean receives an unexpected proposal from Pôle emploi spectacle: play dead for three days, all expenses paid, in the mountains, for the reconstruction of a crime scene. In the train that takes him to the heights of his new glory, Jean seduces with Panzerdivision delicacy the brunette Noémie, who turns out, the next day, to be the examining magistrate in charge of the case. On the spot, our man kicks in the stretchers, forgets to be docile, embodies his character with the ardor of a resident of the Actors Studio. Fortunately, he will also prove to be a fine detective ...

“Je faire le mort” fits like a glove with the deliciously offbeat personality of François Damiens (“the Bélier Family”, “Arnacœur”), who forms a formidable duet with Géraldine Nakache (“All that shines”, the series "Kaamelott"). What a joy to see a successful, original detective comedy, with effective dialogue and well played!

EDITOR'S RATING: 4/5

“Je faire le mort” , French film by Jean-Paul Salomé (2013) with François Damiens and Géraldine Nakache. 1h44

DOCUMENTARY. A last one for the road

At 9:40 pm on France 5. “There is no point in running, you have to start naked. The mantra of Nans and Mouts was almost undermined from the start of this new episode. We find the two friends in the middle of the night, in the cold of February, forced to enter a barn to be able to sleep warm, in the hay. Fortunately, their luck will turn and they will be able to continue their journey. As always, they leave with a dream to fulfill, to go to the top of the Ossau valley, a snow-capped mountain in southwestern France, and take a bath in a homemade jacuzzi.

This episode is the last new of the summer, you have to take advantage of it! As always, it is full of emotion, portraits of anonymous people and often fascinating stories. It works very well, especially since the adventure of this episode is richer than usual. The end of the season is more than successful!

EDITOR'S RATING: 4.5 / 5

“Nudes and cheeky: the Vallée d'Ossau objective” , an unreleased documentary directed by Nans Thomassey, Guillaume Tisserand-Mouton and Benjamin Coadic (2020). 51 minutes

COMEDY. Don't touch my daughter

At 9:05 pm on Chérie 25. We are a little in the spirit of the "Heart of men" and "Little Handkerchiefs" with this well-crafted comedy where it is about friendship, fidelity, little secrecy and big lies. Walter Orsini, fifty-something in full divorce, often grumpy, is a very protective father, who adores Clémence, his 20-year-old daughter (Ana Girardot). Everything is going well until the day the girl falls in love with one of her father's friends.

This family comedy with classic but believable situations is both funny and warm. As for Lanvin, he fits perfectly with the character, which is reminiscent of Lino Ventura's in "La Slap". But all the same, we are far from it ...

EDITOR'S RATING: 3.5 / 5

"Amitiés sincères" , French comedy drama directed by Stephan Archinard and François Prévôt-Leygonie with Gérard Lanvin, Jean-Huges Anglade, Ana Girardot, Wladimir Yordanoff, Zabou Breitman (2012). 1h44
