Perhaps also the need to move very quickly to the second phase, after the strong criticisms voiced by all the employers pinned on the validity of the results of the first made public at the beginning of the year.

Planned in the program of candidate Emmanuel Macron, this testing campaign aims to highlight the existence of discriminatory practices to better combat them. "The observation, we know it: there is discrimination in hiring in companies but, to get out of these practices, we must raise awareness," explains the ministry.
