A cool drink is just wonderful in the heat. But how do you get the drinks on a day at the lake or when it has to be freezing cold?
The heat record has already been broken and the summer temperatures are expected to last for a while. So we spend more time outdoors. It is high time to think of a way to keep drinks cool for as long as possible. Or how to get it ice cold as quickly as possible, even if there is no freezer nearby.
Putting the drink in an icebox is often not an option, and it also takes a long time, RUHR24.de * knows. But if you have ice cubes, salt, water and a large container, you don't have to worry. Because thanks to the cold mixture you can get drinks ice-cold in less than 5 minutes.
Another trick helps to quickly cool a drink outdoors by the lake: a sock has to be wet to keep a drink nice and cool. Then put the bottle or can in the sock and place it in a shady spot where a cool breeze blows. Well then cheers!
