The Ministry of Health of the Nation reported this Saturday that 115 deaths from coronavirus were registered and that another 10,776 patients were identified in the last hours.

"Since the last report issued, 57 new deaths were reported," they indicated from the health portfolio.

The fatalities are added to those reported in the morning, which amounted to 58 (33 men and 25 women).


"We are experiencing tension in the Río Negro health system in the department of General Roca, in Río Gallegos, Santa Cruz; in Greater Mendoza; in Greater Rosario; in Orán and Tartagal in Salta; and in the city of Jujuy and its urban agglomeration ", affirmed the Secretary of Access to Health, Carla Vizzotti, at the head of the daily report issued by the health authority.

The indicator that measures the number of positives on tests carried out on Friday was 46.7% nationwide, 35% in the City of Buenos Aires and 46% in the province of Buenos Aires, Vizzotti said.

In addition, the official indicated that on Friday the Minister of Health, Ginés González García, held a meeting with health authorities from all provinces to evaluate the situation and work in each jurisdiction, and announced that this afternoon he called experts to analyze data and accompany the provinces with strategies, approaches and resources.

"We are collaborating with personnel in Salta, the team from Santa Cruz returned yesterday, and today 21 people are traveling to Salta and Jujuy with 30 monitors and 30 respirators to help curb infections in that region," he concluded.

The number of cases discarded as of Friday is 836,261.
