(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 12 - "Twenty million euros to be allocated to actors, singers, dancers, musicians and workers described by theaters, orchestras and lyricosphonic foundations".

This is the value of two decrees signed by the Minister of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, Dario Franceschini, which allocate a share equal to 20 million euros of the resources of the emergency fund for entertainment, cinema and audiovisual, established by the Cura Italia decree, to support actors, singers, dancers. , musicians, choristers, circus artists and workers, members of the Entertainment Workers' Pension Fund, holders of contracts with theaters, theater production centers, professional theater companions, theater or multidisciplinary festivals, dance production organizations and centers, lyricosymphonic foundations, traditional theaters, concert or orchestral institutions, instrumental ensembles, dance, circus, musical or multidisciplinary festivals, music production organizations or circus companies for the performance of shows in the period between 23 February and 31 December 2020, not performed due to the containment measures of the health emergency from COVID-19.


   Within five days of the registration of the decree, the Directorate General for Entertainment will publish a notice with the methods and deadlines for the presentation of the contribution requests, as well as for the documentary checks and for the assignment of contributions.
