There are many treasures hidden in the range of streaming services.
Now a Twitter user has tracked down a cult TV series from the 90s on Prime Video.
Many TV stations occasionally show reruns of old films and series.
If you don't want to miss it, you have to take a look at the television program regularly.
It is much easier
to search through
the offerings of
Netflix
,
Amazon Prime Video
& Co.
In fact, streaming services offer one or the other cult content.
But sometimes they also produce new editions of TV hits.
This is
what
happened in the case of
“Switch Reloaded”
, which is now available as “Binge Reloaded” * on
Prime Video
.
While Amazon has announced the aforementioned comedy series, the company is keeping a low profile when it comes to other content.
As a result, an RTL II cult series found its way into the streaming program almost unnoticed.
Twitter users with a special discovery: RTL II cult series now on Amazon Prime Video
In the 90s, some cult series lured people in front of the TV.
In addition to sitcoms like “The Prince of Bel-Air”, documentary series were also well received.
One of them was the horror series
"X-Factor: The Unbelievable"
, which ran from 1998 to 2002 on
RTL II
.
The station occasionally shows reruns of the old episodes.
However, if you are looking for a specific episode, it is worth taking a look at the
Prime Video
offer
.
As one Twitter user happily noted, the
1st, 3rd and 4th seasons
have recently been on the streaming service:

If you now type
“X-Factor”
in the search bar, you will not find what you are looking for.
Instead you have to search for the original English title
“Beyond Belief”
, explains the Twitter user.
Only then do the seasons of the 90s hit appear.
And don't worry: although
Prime Video
offers it with an English name,
the episodes are online in German
.

“X-Factor” on Prime Video: Twitter users respond enthusiastically
Since the series is not known as
“Beyond Belief” in
this country, many Prime users might have overlooked it.
Accordingly, Twitter users are grateful for the hint: “That's awesome.
The series gave me one or two sleepless nights in my childhood, ”writes one commentator, for example.
Other users wonder
why the 2nd season is missing
.
It is possible that Amazon only acquired the rights to the other three seasons.
It remains to be seen whether the remaining episodes will be uploaded at a later date.
