(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 03 - The death toll in Burma since the beginning of the anti-coup protests has risen to 550: this was reported by the Association for assistance to political prisoners (Aapp).
According to the non-profit organization for the defense of human rights based in Thailand, two people were killed yesterday, while another five had lost their lives in recent days but had not been counted.
Security forces in the country have so far arrested 2,751 people.
