(ANSA) - NEW YORK, MAY 26 - Facebook's board of directors rejects two proposals to reduce Mark Zuckerberg's control over the company.
The board rejected a proposal to replace Zuckerberg as chairman of the board with an independent.
The board also rejected the proposal to eliminate the special class of shares which includes greater voting powers and which allows Zuckerberg to have the majority stake in the company.
