Do not dare to try: the man who can turn his head 180 degrees

Nearly 4 million views were recorded for a person who is able to rotate his head 180 degrees like an owl and return it to its previous state.

Before you even consider trying it, a doctor warns: "Such a stunt could lead to paralysis or stroke."

A man who turns his head 180 degrees (TikTok / @ sheaabutt00)

In many cases Tiktok succeeds in enriching us with knowledge and giving us successful tips for life.

Not in this case.

In a video that garnered nearly 4 million views and more than 67,000 likes, a particularly brave (or stupid) man showed the dangerous thing his body is capable of doing - demonstrating how it rotates its head 180 degrees just like an owl.

Before you even think about it - do not try it for yourself!

The hard-to-watch video was posted on Tiktok by the user sheaabutt00 who wrote: "Trick parties!

Do a #duet if you can do it. "Below the video is written:" The stunt in this video is performed by professionals or under the supervision of professionals.

Do not try it. "Thousands responded to the video. One wrote:" You remind me of Linda Blair from 'Exorcism.'

Completely creepy "and another added:" This is a human owl.

How did he even find out he had this talent?

What was he trying to do? "

If you are still considering trying it yourself, Dr. Simran Dow, a family physician at Zawa, explained to LADbible that there are very few people who can do it without harming themselves and warned that trying to perform the stunt could lead to paralysis or stroke. She said: " The cervical spine which is the bone structure in your neck should be able to move up to 90 degrees on each side - this means that your neck should rotate ideally so that your ear fits your shoulder to each side. "Any additional movement can cause significant damage to your spinal cord (the nerves that go down inside the spine to the rest of your body), as well as to the large blood vessels that are in your neck and supply oxygen to your brain."

She added: "I suspect there are very few people who can really do this, but one of the reasons they are able to do this is due to hyper-mobile joints or connective tissue disorders. This happens when the muscles, ligaments and tendons have a higher tensile capacity, meaning the joints can be bent. "In general, it is not something that is worth trying because it can lead to paralysis or reduced blood supply to the head and neck leading to a stroke."
