In Mönchengladbach, the dispute between a taxi driver and two passengers has escalated.
A 21-year-old and her 23-year-old friend bought two garlic-flavored pizzas on Saturday morning after visiting the old town, the police said on Monday.
When they wanted to go home, a taxi driver initially refused to take them because of the smell, but then agreed.
During the journey, however, he stopped and asked the couple to leave the car with the pizzas.
Driving license confiscated
There was an argument.
Those involved are said to have pushed and fought lightly.
When the taxi driver wanted to continue, the woman stood in front of the car, according to the police.
However, the 49-year-old drove off anyway.
The woman got on the hood - and after a few meters fell onto the street.
You hurt yourself easily.
The taxi driver drove away.
The police found him a little later and confiscated his driver's license.
The man is now being investigated for dangerous interference in road traffic.
