Covid-19 in France: 28 new deaths, the number of hospitalized patients up slightly

According to data published Friday evening by Public Health France, 6,735 people are hospitalized today due to a Covid infection, up slightly compared to the day before (6,718) against 6,534 last Friday.

Hospitals recorded 334 new hospitalizations in 24 hours, up from 283 seven days ago.

1,089 people are being treated in critical care services because of the coronavirus, against 1,099 the day before and 1,034 a week ago.

82 patients entered it this Wednesday.

We deplore 28 new deaths.

Since the start of the pandemic, more than 117,850 people have succumbed to the coronavirus in France.
