 "We put forward this proposal - argue the dem group leaders - with the most open and constructive spirit. We are demanding and we are convinced that all the other political forces will be: let's not let the continuation of that speech be just the applause, albeit thunderous. in concrete acts and in a rapid and effective reaction of the Parliament ".
