Overall, 75.8% of Italians are confident that the supply chain, even in an emergency, will ensure the necessary supplies of food products.
This was revealed by the Observatory of the agricultural world "The relaunched value of the food supply chain and its protagonists" of Enpaia (National Insurance Agency for Employees and Employees in Agriculture) -Censis.
According to the report, 83.1% of Italians when choosing what to eat are attentive to the impact on health, while 93.5% reuse the food left over from lunches and dinners, in a way of reducing waste.

The researchers underline that in the vision of the Italians the link between good food, travel and conviviality remains evident: 61.8% want to resume traveling, also to discover gastronomic specialties.
