The Orpea scandal continues.
A few weeks after the publication of the book Les Fossoyeurs by journalist Victor Castanet, who denounces the system in place at the world leader in nursing homes, the ex-boss of Orpea is under investigation for "insider trading".
This follows the revelations of Le Canard Enchaîné, which claimed that Yves Le Masne sold 5,456 shares of his company for more than 588,000 euros three weeks after being informed of the forthcoming publication of Victor Castanet's book.
