(ANSA) - NEW YORK, MARCH 07 - Bill Cosby remains free: the Supreme Court of Washington has refused to examine the appeal of the Pennsylvania prosecutor against the latest appeal that had led to the plaintiff's release for lack of form in the trial against him for sexual harassment.
Last year the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned the previous first-instance ruling by saying the prosecutor should have abided by an agreement made by his predecessor not to bring Cosby to court.
Itogati of Washington did not explain why they decided not to take the case.
