Bill Cosby remains free: the Washington Supreme Court has refused to examine the Pennsylvania Attorney's appeal against the latest appeal that led to the plaintiff's release from formal misconduct in the trial against him for sexual harassment.
Last year, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned the previous first-instance ruling, saying the prosecutor should have abided by an agreement made by his predecessor not to bring Cosby to court.
