The Government is working and a second Pnrr decree-law will be approved in the next few days, which will facilitate the achievement of the next objectives of the plan, "as already done in November last year with decree no. 152 and before that with the decree no. 77 ".
This was stated by the undersecretary to the Prime Minister, Roberto Garofoli, in a lectio at the Spisa in Bologna, talking about the issue of implementation.
He recalled that the first 51 objectives with expiration on 31 December 2021 have been reached and the first payment of the first installment of European loans, which amounts to 21 billion, will be by mid-April.
The first 51 objectives have been achieved and "other 45 objectives" of the NRP "will be achieved by June. Of these, seven have already been achieved. By the end of the month they should become 10. To these will be added another 7/8 objectives to be achieved through specific primary regulatory interventions ".
The undersecretary to the Prime Minister Roberto Garofoli said in a lectio magistralis at the Spisa in Bologna.
The Plan, he recalled in another passage of the lecture, sets "ambitious objectives: 134 investments (235 if we also consider sub-investments) and 63 reforms, all accompanied by well-defined goals that must be achieved in certain times: the final reporting it is expected by 2026 but there are objectives with much shorter deadlines which, if not achieved, prevent access to European funds ".
