(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 21 - "The eight mountains", written and directed by Felix Van Groeningen and Charlotte Vandermeersch starring Luca Marinelli and Alessandro Borghi, will have its world premiere in competition at the Cannes Film Festival (May 17-28).
The festival announces it.
The film, based on the homonymous book by Paolo Cognetti, is produced by Mario Gianani and Lorenzo Gangarossa for Wildside, a company of the Fremantle group, eco-produced by Vision Distribution in collaboration with Sky.
Vision will also handle international sales.
