This great little miracle of determination was possible thanks to the support of the family and a group of friends, professionals in the music field, but above all thanks to Simone Maghernino's desire to succeed, in spite of those who believe that autism must necessarily be disabling since, by definition, it is a pathology that compromises social interaction by creating a deficit in verbal and non-verbal communication.

The world of music is thus enriched by a song, by an interpreter, but above all by an ambitious project that breaks the mold and cracks the rigidity of conformism to enhance the most precious asset:
the freedom to be oneself.
Simone Maghernino was born in Foggia 22 years ago, in the company of his twin.
A curious prelude for those who, later on, will find themselves facing the discomfort and melancholy of the loneliness of those who are forced to live with the definition: "the autistic boy".
With commitment and determination, fighting prejudice, Simone has always tried to cultivate his passions,

, computer science, but above all music, even with the study of the piano.

Starting from his passion, he has come to realize his dream.
From singing at the top of his voice the songs of his favorite authors, with the courage and recklessness of those who do not give up, he managed to record a song by him that from the bedroom of the house is about to land on the most famous digital stores.
The text was written by her mother Luisa, the first who never gave up, firmly convinced that in this world there is room for everyone and that the difference is an enrichment.
'Wings in your pocket' is an invitation to eliminate the barbed wire of indifference, mending the feeling of brotherhood and acceptance of those who are not like us.
"Don't stop at what I don't know how to do, look at everything I have", sings Simone.
The first to enthusiastically join the invitation were the singer-songwriter
Ilario de Angelis
who wrote the music (and who sings with Simone) and
Edgardo Caputo
who arranged and mixed the song.
Both have contributed with their energy and professionalism to make reality what for a boy with autism falls into the category of "not possible".
