(ANSA) - LONDON, MAY 09 - Another flat rate for 96-year-old Queen Elizabeth, who will not be in Westminster tomorrow to read the so-called Queen's Speech, the British government's program, on the occasion of the inauguration of the new parliamentary session in Assembled Chambers.
The sovereign will be replaced by the heir to the throne Charles, as announced by Buckingham Palace, specifying that the decision was taken on the recommendation of the doctors, for precautionary reasons: a recommendation that Her Majesty accepted "with reluctance".
