A Real Encounter with a Ghost: A Tour of the Haunted House from the Horror Movie Series Israel today

Jacqueline Nuns, the new owner of the house that inspired the "Summon the Evil" film series, purchased it for a huge sum and will open a "learning center where people can communicate with souls," as she puts it.

Some people will do anything to get out of a haunted house alive, and not always with great success.

This is evidenced by the countless chilling deaths in many horror films.

On the other hand, it turns out that there are those who are actually willing to pay more than a million and a half dollars to buy a (allegedly) haunted house in the real world, as evidenced by American real estate entrepreneur Jacqueline Nones, the new owner of the haunted house (again, allegedly) who inspired a series of films "Summon the Evil One."

The house, built in 1736, is located in a secluded mansion about a 40-minute drive from Providence, Rhode Island, USA. The walls in the wee hours of the night, such as hovering chairs and people being thrown to the floor by invisible forces. To investigate these creepy phenomena and delve deeper, the family hired the services of the demon plots Ed and Lorraine Warren, on whose deeds the film series is actually based (though in reality, because What, no evidence has ever been found for the presence of ghosts at the site).

In 2019, the house was bought by Jen and Corey Heinzen - supernatural phenomena researchers themselves - for a very affordable price of $ 439,000.

The Heinz couple, too, also claimed to have experienced unexplained phenomena at home, such as lights on in powerless rooms, strange sounds of footsteps and knocks on doors, and even a mysterious black figure, "who disappeared the moment we both saw her," they said.

Three years later, apparently tired of all the lights, knocks and dark figures, the Heizmans decided to sell the house for $ 1.2 million, but Mrs. Nunz bought the house for a million and a half, about 27 percent more than its value, surpassing more than ten buyers. Other potentials who have expressed willingness to buy the property.

However, Nunz does not intend to live in the house, but to establish, she claims, a "learning center where people can communicate with souls."

In other words, she plots to turn the property into a tourist site, where special events will be hosted by Andrea Perron, the eldest daughter of the family who lived in the house in the 1970s, and has since documented her memories in a number of books.

A real encounter with a ghost, then, will only be possible by purchasing a ticket.
