(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 31 - Roman Abramovich filed a lawsuit at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg against the EU Council for the sanctions adopted in his confrontations following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The case of the Russian tycoon was registered by the court on May 25.
Previously two other businessmen, Mikhail Fridman and Petr Aven, had filed similar lawsuits in the European court.
