Police caught man behind the wheel with over four per thousand

No wonder, with 4.06 per thousand alcohol in the blood.

– The VW driver was noticed by the police on Monday around 2.30 a.m. because he got stuck with a tire on the boundary of the roundabout on Augsburger Straße and then continued in a wavy line.
During the check that followed, officers smelled a strong odor of alcohol.
When the result of a breath alcohol test was displayed, the police officers were amazed: a whopping 4.06 per mille.
The 54-year-old Brucker also had trouble with his balance and could hardly stand himself.
The driver's license was immediately confiscated.
