(ANSA) - MILAN, 07 JUN - The capital increase that MPS will announce to the market on June 23, on the occasion of the presentation of the industrial plan that the new CEO, Luigi Lovaglio, is completing, should amount to around 2.5 billion euros.
According to ANSA, the underwriting consortium that will have to ensure the success of the recapitalization, which will be subscribed for its share by the Treasury, is also being defined.
For the signing of the pre-underwriting agreement, Bofa, Credit Suisse, Jp Morgan and Mediobanca would be in pole position.
