Built in 1930, the 157 square meter apartment with high ceilings includes two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a luxurious suite spread over two floors.
Residents of the Art Deco building can also benefit from other facilities, such as a saltwater swimming pool, located on the roof, a spa, a fitness room, a terrace and a Zen garden.

saga (2003 to 2017) owned five apartments, acquired one by one between 2007 and 2008, in the same building.
