(ANSA) - ISTANBUL, 09 JUN - Turkish President Recep TayyipErdogan has made it known that he will officially stand as a candidate for the next consultations to elect the head of state in June 2023 in Turkey.
"The candidate of the Alliance of the Republic will be Tayyip Erdogan", said the Turkish president himself, as reported by Anadolu, during a meeting of his party in Izmir in which he also made it known that there will be no early elections.
