Where are you spending your holidays this summer?
Claire Thomson-Jonville.–
At the beginning of the summer, I always go to The LifeCo holistic medicine center in Bodrum, Turkey (my partner for my retreats), and I treat myself to a Detox Master Cleanse to disconnect from work and feeling super fit for the holidays.
Otherwise, I make the most of time with family and in nature.
My holidays are always rather sporty and active, with my children, who are going to do intensive tennis courses at the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy, in the south of France.

Where do you draw your energy from on a daily basis?
My healthy rituals give me energy and feed my creativity.
I started Out of State to share them with multitasking creatives like me.
As I carry out multiple projects, I need to feel strong in my body.
I do a lot of sport every day with my two coaches, Akim de La Source, or Coaching by John.
I do juice cleanses, I eat vegan.

The ritual that allows you to disconnect?
I always start the holidays with a "detox cleanse" of at least five days.
It is a detox cleansing that consists of consuming only vegetable and fruit juices.
There are additionally 3-5 water-based juices per day to provide vitamins, minerals and other nutrients for energy and to suppress hunger.
In your summer beauty vanity case, you'll find…
Dior Bronze Protective Cream and Milk Mist SPF 50.
I also love the Dr. Barbara Sturm treatments: the Enzyme Cleanser, the Hyaluronic Serum and the Hydrating Face Mist.
For the hair, I love the Leonor Greyl Orchid Mask after swimming.
An exercise, a mantra, a reading to let go?
Moving for even 15-20 minutes can change my mood.
