In competition for the Golden Lion (by the jury chaired by Julianne Moore), 23 films, with among the most anticipated BLONDE titles the provocative portrait of Marilyn Monroe (Ana De Armas) signed by Andrew DOMINIK;
the returns of Alejandro Gonzales INARRITU with BARDO, FALSA CRÓNICA DE UNAS CUANTAS VERDADES ("her most personal film" says the director of the Festival);
Darren ARONOFSKY with THE WHALE, all shot in a room and Martin MCDONAGH with THEBANSHEES OF INISHERIN.
