Texas, judge cancels the ban on the gun permit for under 21s

A Texas federal judge overturned a state ban that prohibits people between 18 and 21 from carrying weapons.

This is the first major judicial decision since the Supreme Court first ruled in June that the Second Amendment grants an individual the right to walk around with a weapon in self-defense.
