(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, AUG 26 - A federal judge from Texas has canceled the state ban which prohibits people between 18 and 21 years of age from carrying arms.
This is the first major judicial decision since the Supreme Court ruled for the first time in June that the second amendment grants an individual the right to walk around with a weapon in self-defense.
