(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 05 - There are 6,610 new infections from Covid registered in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Health Minister.
Yesterday the infected were 13,197.
The victims are 40, up from 30 yesterday.
The swabs carried out were 63,822.
The rate is 10.3%, down from 11.8% yesterday.
The 600,000 currently positive at Covidin Italy are down, a figure similar to that recorded in the month of June.
The new bulletin of the ministry, in fact, register 589,460 positives, 13,706 less than yesterday.
185 patients are hospitalized in intensive care, 5 less than yesterday, in the balance between entries and exits, while the daily admissions are 12. The hospitalized in ordinary wards are instead 4,566, in the last twenty-four hours 7 less.
Discharged and equalized are 21,179,545 (+20,274) while the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic is 21,944,877, that of deaths is 175,872.
