Trial risk for the man accused of the murder of Fabrizio Piscitelli, head ultras of Lazio known as Diabolik, killed with a blow to the head on 7 August 2019 in the Parco degli Acquedotti in Rome.
The magistrates of the DDA of Rome closed the investigation, an act that precedes the request for indictment, against Raul Esteban Calderon, the Argentine citizen arrested last December.
The accusations against him are of murder aggravated by the mafia method.
The act of closing the investigation also concerns the murder of Shehay Selavdi, known as Passerotto, killed in Torvajanica on September 20, 2020. Enrico Bennato and Giuseppe Molisso are accused of this last episode of blood beyond Calderon.
The investigations also involved Guido Cianfrocca for possession of a weapon on behalf of Molisso and Luca De Rosa who is contested for receiving stolen goods in relation to the motorcycle used for Shehay's murder.
The investigation into the two deadly ambushes was carried out by the Flying Squad of Rome and the Carabinieri.
