"Tagesschau" spokesman Schünke on Sunday evening: Without a tie through the night
In the "Tagesschau" a speaker without a tie appeared for the first time.
André Schünke did not wear a tie in the show on Sunday at 1.40 a.m.
The "image" was the first to report about it.
When asked, Schünke said that in future it would be allowed to moderate without a tie.
Initially, however, this only applies to the night programs.
Two years ago, Jens Riewa appeared without a tie in the main program of the "Tagesschau" at 8:15 p.m.
At the time, however, it was a mistake: Riewa had to improvise an appearance to say goodbye to long-time spokesman Jan Hofer and stepped in front of the camera unprepared with his shirt open.
Hofer himself deliberately took off his tie on the show - as a sign that his service would now end after almost 36 years.
