She donned the iconic printed swimsuit that Lady Diana wore on her cruise to Saint-Tropez with Dodi Al-Fayed.
Actress Elizabeth Debicki, who slips into the skin of the Princess of Wales for the sixth season of The Crown, thus appeared smiling behind large dark glasses on a yacht of the most luxurious.
It is a question of replaying the last moments of this summer of 1997, in the Mediterranean Sea, aboard the Jonikal, then owned by Dodi's father.
A month later, the couple, whose vacation itinerary had ended in Paris, lost their lives in a tragic accident under the Pont de l'Alma, pursued by paparazzi.

Before their disappearance, Lady Diana and the billionaire Dodi Al-Fayed had traveled aboard the latter's yacht, leaving from Saint-Laurent-du-Var to Saint-Tropez, then Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
The couple then made a stopover in Portofino in Italy.
Many photographs of this summer stay, taken by paparazzi, have become cult as they mark the last happy moments of Lady Di's life.
We remember the kiss between her and Dodi, a photo sitting, staring into space, on the pontoon of the boat, and her one-piece leopard-print swimsuit that has become iconic.
Stormy shoot
At the end of October, filming photos created controversy, revealing scenes filmed under the Alma bridge, in the 16th arrondissement of the capital.
The series indeed reconstructs the last events that led to the death of the princess.
Voices were then raised denouncing a certain voyeurism and recalling the mourning that the United Kingdom is currently undergoing, since the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

Netflix representatives have thus assured that they will not show “the exact moment of the impact of the accident”.
An anonymous source, however, told the Daily Mail that the creator of the series, Peter Morgen, felt more and more uncomfortable in the face of the growing controversy around this new component.
“The truth is that it was easier to write the previous seasons because, first of all, there is a mountain of archives.
And that there is a consensus on what happened,” said the informant.
And to defend the director: “He is very traumatized by the criticism.
He did not lapse into sensationalism (…) He did not seek to tarnish the reputation of the royal family.”
