By taking up residence in Beverly Hills, home of the stars, Timothée Chalamet continues to establish his status as a Hollywood star.
At only 26 years old, the Franco-American actor has offered himself a luxurious villa on the West Coast of the United States for 11 million dollars (11 million euros).
He acquired the 500+ square meter home from model Kate Upton and her husband, baseball player Justin Verlander, the Dirt site revealed on Oct. 16.
More than double
Kate Upton and Justin Verlander bought the property for $5.3 million six years ago.
They now earn more than double, despite the drop of 700,000 dollars (700,000 euros) negotiated by the young Oscar-winning actor.
By the way, they have done some renovations, especially in the kitchen, but the rest of the house remains largely unchanged.

The property sits on a 1.5 hectare lot, in the heart of the mountains that overlook the upscale neighborhood of Beverly Hills.
Built in 1976, the villa is painted entirely in white and the rooms feature neutral tones.
There are four bedrooms (including three suites and a separate guest bedroom), five bathrooms, a dining room, a living room and an impressive wine cellar.
Tennis court, spa and swimming pool
The exterior features a large infinity pool, spa, brick patio and tennis court that tennis star Pete Sampras is said to have used for his daily training back when he himself owned it.
As for the actor's future guests, they will be able to afford a stay in a picturesque guest house, separate from the main residence.
A stone's throw away is the (even larger) residence of
Fast and Furious
star Vin Diesel .
