Wedding guest Friedrich Merz (with wife Charlotte): context or framing?

The editors of the ARD program »Report from Berlin« have admitted to having »inserted« a »wrong image« in a contribution to the dispute over citizen income.
The "Report from Berlin" team apologizes for their presence on social networks.
They will "correct the picture in the post and upload it again to the media library," it said.
Why is?
In the article from Sunday, an excerpt from the speech of the Green parliamentary group leader Britta Haßelmann was shown from the Bundestag debate on November 10th.
In it, she accuses opposition leader Friedrich Merz of having no understanding of the reality of life for those who are dependent on future citizen income.
Someone who flies to parties in a private jet cannot understand the situation of a single parent with little money.

Speaker Haßelmann: How did Friedrich Merz react to your words?
On the one hand, a scene from Merz with his parliamentary colleague Thorsten Frei was shown for the passage from Haßelmann's speech, in which the Union politicians seem to mock the words of the Greens.
And the word "private jet" was accompanied by a still image of the Merz couple in the cockpit of their plane after landing on Sylt, where they had traveled to celebrate the marriage of Finance Minister Christian Lindner to "Welt" journalist Franca Lehfeldt.
Baha Jamous, who in the past was, among other things, a speaker, campaign manager and managing director of the SME and business association of the CDU Saxony, called the inserted photo "framing" on Twitter.
And he also stumbled over the intermediate cut from the Union Banks.
On Twitter, he pointed out that Merz and Frei's laughter was a reaction to Haßelmann's quote "Friedrich Merz fuels social envy without end, but here in Parliament he's pinching today".
Another Twitter user who is committed to the CDU posted a comparison of the speech passages from the Phoenix live broadcast and from the "Report from Berlin".
A reaction from the opposition bank was also caught in the Phoenix broadcast – albeit a rather angry look from Frei and a shake of the head at Merz after the Green politician’s somewhat stumbled private jet half-sentence.
On Monday morning, "Bild" attracted a lot of attention: Allegations of manipulation from the Union against ARD were reported.
The party said it was "manipulation like in the ›Aktuelle Kamera‹‹, the GDR news program.
Merz' neighbor Thorsten Frei told the newspaper: "Journalism does not contribute to enlightenment through the inappropriate and dubious compilation of photos and film clips, but promotes the polarization of society!"
Even the political opponent said that "the cobbled together speech in the ARD" doesn't work at all - according to the "Sozi" and Twitterer Toto.
Late on Monday morning, the “Report from Berlin” admitted that “a wrong picture had been used”.
The announced change to the contribution in the media library had not been implemented at least until 4 p.m.
