(ANSA) - SOFIA, NOVEMBER 19 - Five people have been indicted in Bulgaria on charges of being involved in the November 13 attack in Istanbul which the Turkish authorities attributed to Kurdish PKK fighters and their YPG allies in Syria.
This was announced by the Sofia General Prosecutor's Office.
"Five people have been indicted for helping" one of the alleged attackers escape, said Siyka Mileva, a spokeswoman for the Sofia attorney general's office.
Their role was "logistical," she explained.
