The Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry headed to the Ripple of Hope Awards gala dinner in New York wearing a neckline reminiscent of the Princess of Wales' worn a few days earlier.

It's time for the unveiling of the shoulders for the Duchess of Sussex.

Arrived in New York on December 5 by private jet, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry went the next day to the Ripple of Hope Awards ceremony.

At a time when the couple is preparing to unveil on Netflix (December 8) a soberly titled documentary series

Harry & Meghan

which looks backstage at their cohabitation with the British royal family, they received an award for their commitment against racism within the crown.

On this occasion, the 41-year-old Duchess opted for a white dress with a wrap skirt, signed Louis Vuitton.

But what marks the spirits above all is her Bardot neckline, reminiscent of the one Kate Middleton wore a few days earlier in Boston.

The wedding collar

This collar which highlights the shoulders is also reminiscent of the dress worn by Meghan Markle at her wedding.

Signed Givenchy (Clare Waight Keller period), the Duchess' dress then shone with its subtly sensual line: no lace and a neckline giving shine to the shoulders.

A part of the body that Meghan Markle seems to enjoy highlighting.
