“We don't have the figures yet but we will be slightly above last year without that being enough.
In an interview with Radio J, Pap Ndiaye indicated on Sunday December 4 that registrations for the teacher competitions which have just ended have not been full.
Despite everything, we should therefore be a little above the 90,288 candidates for this year, a session which resulted in 4,000 unfilled positions.
"We are not going to change things with a wave of a magic wand, it will take time", justified the Minister of National Education for whom "the start of the 2023 school year will not be spectacularly different from the start of the school year in 2022”.
