(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 14 - Three sentences and a provisional payment of over half a million euros in favor of the plaintiffs for the partial collapse of a building that took place on January 22 in Rome, in the Lungotevere Flaminio area on January 22, 2016. The sole judge of the Capital imposed 2 years on Massimo Canepa, the legal representative of the company that provided for the restructuring, and one year on the designer Roberto Mattei and owner of the company carrying out the works Pasquale Famà.
Against the defendants, for whom generic extenuating circumstances were recognized, the charge was of culpable collapse.
