(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 15 - The Rome investigating judge has indicted Biagio Passaro, leader of "IoApro", for the assault on the CGIL that took place on October 9, 2021. Against the businessman, the prosecutor Gianfederica Dito contests the crimes of devastation looting.
The trial, one of the strands of the max investigation, has been set for next May 30 before the judges of the second collegiate section of the Capitoline court.
The suspect's position had been removed in December 2021 after the Review had confirmed prison for other suspects but setting Passaro free.
