Cdm, 70-year-old superintendents cease from June 1st

(ANSA) - ROME, 04 MAY - "For opera-symphonic foundations, there is a ban on receiving assignments, positions and collaborations for those who have completed the 70th year of age. The Superintendent of the same foundations ceases in any case from

   office 70th year of age; the Superintendents currently in charge, who have reached 70 years of age on the date of entry into force of the decree, cease their office starting from 10 June 2023".

This was decided by the Council of Ministers, explains the Palazzo Chigi press release, in the legislative decree reforming the governance of public social security institutions, opera-symphonic foundations and listed companies.
