(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 05 - The extension of the extraordinary redundancy fund for Alitalia workers in extraordinary administration for another six months has been skipped.
In the work published in the Gazette, the extension envisaged in the latest drafts is replaced by an article on the 'Completion of Alitalia's liquidation activity'.
The article establishes that the proceeds from the liquidation activity, net of a series of items ranging from the liquidation costs to the compensation of the tickets, "are primarily intended for the satisfaction in pre-deduction of the receivables from the State", including those "from the recovery of aid of State declared illegitimate" by the EU.
