The Backstreet Boys' concert, scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) in Rishon LeZion, was canceled after a security assessment. All tickets sold out ahead of time.
The announcement comes a day after Aviv Geffen's rock ball, which took place as usual, with interceptions of the Iron Dome in the sky in the background.

As you may recall, Aviv Geffen's show took place yesterday in Yarkon Park due to the fear of gunfire during the performance. The audience was asked to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command and lie down on the ground with their hands on their heads in case of gunfire.
An IDF spokesperson said:
IDF Spokesperson: "As part of a joint assessment of the situation by the Home Front Command and the Rishon LeZion Municipality, it was decided to cancel the show planned to take place in the Backstreet Boys' Zappa LIVE Park complex on Saturday night. There is no change in the guidelines for the home front.
"The cancellation stems from a risk assessment. Each case is examined individually according to the threats. The location of the performance and the performance area are different from Yarkon Park."
Meanwhile, the production of Hanan Ben Ari's show in Sderot, which was supposed to take place on Sunday, announced its postponement.
