The Department of Penitentiary Administration did not authorize the presentation, in the San Vittore prison in Milan, of the book written by the former prime minister and president emeritus of the constitutional court, Giuliano Amato, and by the journalist Donatella Stasio, entitled 'Stories of rights and democracy.

This is reported by the organizers themselves, who report having informally received a series of reasons.
"24 hours before the event they told us that this was not part of and was not foreseen in the already approved training programs - explain the organizers - furthermore that adequate notice had not been provided. Finally we were told that the cancellation would not be definitive but would require a reformulation of the request for the event, which should then possibly be included in the program of treatment courses".
