The "final filings" are underway to bring the legislative decree on tax sanctions to the Council of Ministers "on Wednesday", in implementation of the fiscal delegation.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Economy Maurizio Leo when interviewed in Transatlantico in the Chamber.
Action will be taken "in line with the provisions of the delegation, on the proportionality of administrative sanctions" but also on "criminal ones, to clarify, for example, credits that are not due or non-existent".
