MDA paramedic Anis Abu Debs and MDA emergency medicine medic Ala Alhuzeil said: "The wounded man was lying on the road near the motorcycle while he was unconscious and suffering from a very severe multi-system injury. We gave him medical treatment on the ground that included stopping the bleeding and breathing and evacuated him to the hospital during operations CPR when his condition is critical."
