Russian security forces thwarted a terrorist attack, prepared by the Kyiv regime forces, targeting the Prom Svias Bank building in the center of Kherson.
“The militants of the Kyiv regime were preparing to carry out a terrorist attack, targeting the branch of Prom Svyaz Bank on Ushakov Street in Kherson, and thanks to the vigilance of the population and the efficient work of the activists, the attack was thwarted,” RIA Novosti news agency quoted a spokesman for the provincial emergency services as saying.
He added: The terrorist act would have resulted in a large number of civilian casualties.
